taivo.eu is web hosting you operate through your own AI assistant. To do that we process data: about you as a customer, and whatever you put on our servers. This page says what, why, where, for how long, and who else is involved.

No advertising or tracking cookies, no third-party analytics.
Whatever your website, database or mailboxes contain is yours. For that data you are the controller and we are the processor: we store, serve and back it up as you ask, and nothing else. The terms for that are in the terms of service, under "Data processing agreement".
Everything runs on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (Falkenstein). Backups go every night to separate Hetzner storage in Germany and are kept for 14 days; mailboxes keep 14 daily copies; a website keeps its last five published versions.
Beyond these we hand data over only when the law obliges us to.
You can access, correct, take with you and erase your data. Access and portability are mostly self-service: the panel has "download everything" per website and per mailbox. You delete a website or mailbox yourself; to close your whole account, write to support@taivo.eu. Unhappy with how we handle your data? You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS; IMAP and SMTP over TLS only). Passwords are stored hashed. Two-step verification is available. Every website is isolated from the others; apps run in their own container without access to the rest of the machine. Server access is limited to the administrator, by key, never by password.
